This post will deal with my accountability.
Breakfast:
Activia Vanilla Yogurt
Oatmeal, 1/4 cup
Blueberries, 1/4 cup
Lunch:
Iceberg Lettuce w/carrots, cabbage. 1 cup
Russian Dressing, 2 Tbsp
Feta Cheese, 2 oz
Red onion, 1 slice, chopped
Dinner:
Tilapia
Zucchini
Spanish Rice (heavy on tomatoes)
Dessert:
White cake (small piece)
w/cool whip dressing & sliced strawberries
